Blue cheese stuffed olives
If you need to make appetizers in a jiffy but don't want boring, try stuffing olives with a tangy blue cheese mixture. It's quick, easy and you might have everything you need already in the kitchen.
Olives Stuffed with Blue Cheese
15-20 large green olives, pitted
1.5 ounces blue cheese
2 Tbsp unflavored greek yogurt (or 1.5 Tbsp of sour cream will do in a pinch)
1/4 tsp dill weed (or oregano or basil, up to you)
Place all ingredients in a ziptop bag. Smoosh it with your fingers until well combined. A chunky consistency is okay as long as it will fit in the olive hole (add more yogurt or sour cream if you need to). Snip a small hole (smaller than the circumference of the olive opening) in the corner of the bag and pipe into the olives.
Try not to eat them all before guests arrive.
